Hi Llee19,

You started from an excellent resource. Find your lost AirPods - Apple Support

The article mentions "If you didn't turn on Find My before your AirPods went missing, you can't use Find My to locate them."

If you're sure this feature was set up prior to losing your AirPods, be sure the section quoted below is followed.

"See your AirPods in the Find My app

  1. Update to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, or macOS
  2. Open the Find My app.
  3. Select the Devices tab.
  4. Choose your AirPods. Under each device, you see a location or "No location found."

To use your computer to find your AirPods, use Find My on iCloud.com."

Additionally, Lost Mode is available for "AirPods (3rd generation), AirPods Pro, or AirPods Max" as found in the section "Turn on Lost Mode for your AirPods" in the same article.

Best!
