Can't find my Iphone

6/3/22 I lost my phone went i went to the bank. I used my "Find My Iphone' to locate it and it had the green circle and said it located to this spot a second ago. Gave me the battery life on my phone too. which was about half percentage. I go to the located spot but could't find it. So i look at the location again and then it gave me a gret circle saying its an old location and it can't connect till the phone i lost is on wifi. Which is out of my control. I tried different devices to locate it but gives me the same answer. What do i do?
