I phone 5s is locked no sim I need photos from it
How do get my photos off my old iPhone 5s with no SIM card and I’m locked out. It says connect to I tunes and I have no computer only my new I phone

If your phone is disabled, then your photos are gone. The best you can do is restore then try to recover data from a backup.
If you don't have a computer, then ask a family member to use theirs or go to an Apple store.
