Itune Subcription cancellation

I was charge an itunes on my billing. I was informed that to cancel on Apps store, but when i check the settings,when was no subscription on apps

We'd love to assist you with managing your Apple Music subscription. Since it does not show the subscription in your Apple ID settings, then that means you have signed up for it a different way. Have you checked with your wireless carrier to see if you subscribed through them and are being billed through your wireless account? The reason we're asking because the notification at the top of your screenshot seems to be one from a wireless account and not from Apple directly regarding the subscription.
