How do I restore my pictures and videos and messages on my iPhone I need them urgently to help my case.

If you used iCloud Photos and iCloud Messages sync, use this procedure:--> Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support

If you didn't, restore data from a backup:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

If you didn't create a recent full backup of your iPhone = No recovery, sorry.
