I see that your Beats headphone is not comnecting to your iPhone.
You can try following steps:
- restart your iPhone
- reset your Beats with the steps outlined in this article:
Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones - Apple Support
- make sure the Beats is fuy charged
- make sure that the iPhone has the latest iOS version so the Beats firmware can update to the latest version as well
