os upgrades

my MAC wont let me upgrade any newer versions of OS - i tried high sierra and said the installer was damaged?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.12

It's not actually damaged, it's just out of date. The certificate it was originally signed with is no longer valid.


Delete the installer and re-download it.
