Has anyone had problems with Adobe reader unable to read and giving error message " cannot RAISE due to handler error"?

Does this issue occur when launching Acrobat Reader DC with or without a PDF document? Different PDFs? Have you attempted to launch it while holding down the shift key to prevent it from loading its last execution state, and then opening a PDF.

Have you performed a Safe Boot, and then tried Acrobat Reader DC with a PDF there? Did the problem continue in Safe Boot mode? Reboot normally, and then check again if the same problem remains.
