I traded in my old Iphone X for a new Iphone 13, and when i mailed in my trade in, they lost my old phone. how can I find out the IMEI number for an old device already removed from my account.
I need the number so the Wireless provider can attempt to track its location so I can receive my trade credit.

If you already removed the device from your account, you won't be able to find it using Apple. Do you have a receipt from when you purchased it? Have you searched your email for any previous Apple Support emails that may help?

Your wireless provider should have the IMEI number in their records or check your past bills.
