Locked out of my Apple Watch

I dont have the password to my old account so my watch thinks someone else wants to connect and has now locked me out

You are going to have to recover your Apple ID password to unlock the device. If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support If you cannot, you can request Apple ID to remove the activation lock. You will need to provide them information to prove it is your device. See this. How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support you can make a support request for its removal.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt with the serial number along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
