Why add card shows a popup for learn more

My apple wallet does not let me add credit card

each time I try yo add a card by using the plus(+) button, jt shows a popup asking to cancel or learn kore options

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

Oh Ok.. I got the issue resolved now.

my Region was set to India and now I changed to United States and it worked

Did you have a chance to reach out to the card issuer to ensure that there is nothing on their end that is causing the issue?

It's possible the issue may be related to the card. Can you add a different card to your account?

Please complete the guidance here to help with this process: If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support

Hi

As I already mentioned in my post that it is showing the message poop up to learn more about adding the card to wallet and another option to cancel within the popup

but whatever I do Ot does not add the card

it is not problem with the card issuer

I had by mistake removed the card earlier and now trying to add the same and one more additional card

please suggest

My phone is latest phone iphone 13

I am first of All not able to get there .. Apple phone itself not allowing to take me to the add card screen as mentioned below.There is no problem with the card issuer. Please find below screen shot where I am getting the popup each time I try to add the card using the plus Button . Not able to add any card . I have already latest IOS on my iphone 13 pro.
