I saw another thread on this subject but it was closed, so I’ll ask the question again here. Why am I unable to stream Apple Music on my Apple Watch over cellular? It says I have to enable this in settings, but when I go to cellular settings, Music is enabled for cellular.

I realized that there is another setting that needs to be enabled in the MUSIC settings in addition to the Cellular settings. Go onto the Watch settings, scroll to music, then on those settings there is another toggle to allow actual streaming of music over cellular not just cellular access for things like searching music, etc. soon as I enabled this it started working fine.
