two-factor authentication

Hello.  This phone, which I now crawl, was used by my sister before me.  I have now deleted all the data from the phone and changed the Apple ID to my email, but the phone still asks for the password from the old Apple ID.  I'm already tired of calling my sister all the time and asking for a two-factor authentication confirmation code.  Please help and advise.  What should I do so that the phone asks for the password from my email and not my sister?
