I get a notice when trying to log in to MagicJack and get a prompt that my app needs to be updated. Can you help me with doing the update please?

MagicJack isn't an Apple application, so updating Monterey won't update that application. It is a 3rd party application. Try contacting the Developer for support.
Have you checked the App Store Updates entry in the Sidebar by clicking on it?
Try logging into the Developer's website to see if there is an update there.

I am thinking you are referring to my macOS Monterey version 12.4 and I am not familiar wih logging in to their website to look for an update.
I checked and my macOS Monterey is recently updated already.
