Has anyone else been unable to remove a family member because their profile doesn’t have a remove button?
I'm unable to apply Content & Privacy restrictions to one of my children’s phones and now I’m unable to even remove him from Family Sharing to attempt to reset the connection.

Remove someone from your family group
The family organizer can remove anyone age 13 or older* from the family group. If you need to, you can transfer a child to another family.
There is a limit on the number of times a user can change or join families, so it may be better to work with Apple Support to resolve this issue than to try things at random.
