Signing in to iTunes to update apps

To help resolve the issue where the iPhone is showing the wrong Apple ID when you try to update apps, you will need to delete the app that's showing the wrong Apple ID. Next, download the app again using your Apple ID:

How to delete an app
1. Touch and hold the app.
2. Tap Remove App.
3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
