There are a few things to try:
1) Restart iPhone, make sure your Apple ID is signed in and Express Mode is on
2) If PASMO is still not working, remove PASMO from Wallet, then re-add via the Previous Cards
3) If you are using a Commuter PASMO, make sure you are not past the expiration date and that the 'Don't use SF after commuter pass expiration' option is not turned on in PASMO App.
