MS Project natively no: https://www.projectmanager.com/blog/microsoft-project-for-mac-how-to

I believe the same is true for Primavera

If you're running macOS 10.13 and therefore an Intel chip, you can use Windows in a VM most likely ... I recommend VMWare Fusion. Of course you'll need a Windows license.

Neither on Mac natively. If you go with VMware or Parallel's Desktop, plus Windows 10 or 11, you are looking at $100/yr subscription for the Virtual machine (VM) software to run a Windows guest, plus the initial cost of Windows, or its recurring Microsoft 365 license. Microsoft Project can be pricey depending on the features you need, and with Oracle owning Primavera, it won't be cheap either.

Then there is a Mac native Professional Project management tool that has been around a long time, that was (and is) designed by project managers for same. It is Project Wizard's Merlin Project. It too is a subscription product without all of the financial overhead from the first paragraph, and it exports MS Project compatible content. It is in the Mac App Store, works on macOS 10.14 and later. Project Wizard's site. The product is available for Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
