Troubleshooting iPhone Updates:
A. Provide the Error:
What's the error that is shown? A screenshot would most certainly help. Go here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support. Important: Leave out personal info by selecting only a portion of the screen, and then use the Photos app to moly the screenshot by coving this info with rectangles and such.
B. Update Using a Computer:
- Use my User Tip: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip
- IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update
