Hi sir, I am using I phone but I cannot make it ID and cannot use store for apps.

Looks like you can no longer create an Apple ID using your iPhone. It seems that Apple devices may have a limit to that. You can try using other Apple devices to create an Apple ID or you can try creating one at https://appleid.apple.com/
