I'm seeing this too, also in Victoria. There is a Heartland Health and Human Services in Chicago, USA, but the logo is different. Another one in SA, but also different logo. With that kind of generic name, I’m thinking it’s either an internal Apple demo thing, or a scam that somehow managed to get into the exposure notification configuration system. (The weird \n newline stuff in the body text swings my spidey senses toward “scam”. But if that’s the case, it’s a pretty good one.)

Looking forward to discovering what's actually going on here...

I am in Victoria also and received the same notification 2 days ago (5/6/22) when I first opened the cover of my iPhone. I clicked on it and found there was a place to unsubscribe so did this. Later that day I got an email from the Mail Administrator saying it was undeliverable as it was rejected by a remote mail server and gave an email address to contact. I am not doing this as I fear it is all a scam.

Yeah, same here in Melbourne VIC. If you tap it then tap “not yet”, on the subsequent screen you can turn off notifications for when such a service becomes available. Then you will never see these again!

My guess is it’s not a scam but a misconfiguration somewhere that has given a service for one US state global reach.
