Flickering Touch Bar on my MacBook Pro 13″

Hi everyone... My 2019 MacBook Pro 13″'s touch bar keeps flickering every now and then, especially when it's idle (seems to die out when I am actively working on it). Would you know why this may be happening and if there is anything I could do DIY to sort this out, without having to fork out princely sum to get it repaired ? Attached a photo of it here as well.

On your Intel Mac you should try both—


resetting the SMC How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support


resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)


if no resolve it typically indicates a hardware issue:
