My iPhone won't allow me to restore to factory settings
My iPhone won't allow me to restore to factory settings and I cannot find the serial number either.

To restore your iPhone to Factory Settings, remember to sign out of Find My iPhone first.
Go to:
Settings -> Apple ID (Your Name) -> Find
You can find your serial number here:
Settings -> General -> About
