Last a few days ago I have used mobile hotspot to share my data with others. But unfortunately I don’t find any hotspot function in my mobile sittings & I can’t turn it on. I’m totally disappointed about it. Please help me . I need solutions

I know it’s a simple solution. But in that picture you might be seen that there wasn’t any “personal hotspot “ in my phone sittings . Hope you understood.
Now give me some suggestion that how can I found personal hotspot in my phone sittings?
I don’t find any hotspot function in my mobile sittings & I can’t turn it on.
Go to -> Settings -> scroll to Personal Hotspot -> turn it On.
