Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
The payment method linked to your Apple ID account is for all purchases, subscriptions, and services (until you change it again). You can’t link one specific service to a different card by assignment, if you meant that.
If you subscribe to Disney+ through Disney directly, then you could have that service separate from other Apple ID charges, if you want that.
If you want to replace your payment method for another, while keeping subscriptions, then first add the new one, before removing the former, so that there is always a valid payment method during the change.
You can have multiple cards as payment methods, which will be tried in listed order, when needed for any charge. You can change the order, to have a different card be the default from that moment on.
