I am trying to delete the iOS 15.5 app on my iPhone. Ever since our family installed this new version, our phones no longer charge on our speed charger. There is no iOS 15.5 APP.
iOS 15.5 is the software on your iPhone, because you updated your iPhone to that version.
There is no way you can delete/uninstall it.
