My Apple Watch won’t let me get to the Control Center settings.

Never had an issue with this before, but suddenly my Apple Watch won’t let me get to the control settings (like muting, theater setting, waterproofing—etc.). I think it might’ve started when the newest update happened – – am I the only one having this issue?
