Why is app store saying i have not used i tunes

I have just set up my I pad air2 and trying to download an app it keeps saying this apple ID has not been used in iTunes store what do I need to do I am new to apple

Tap the Review button, and review the Apple ID account settings. You’ll probably have to enter or re-enter some information from your payment card, such as re-entering a credit card security code. The missing info has been highlighted in every case of this I’ve seen.
