Black lines on Apple Watch AOD on Watch OS 8

Is anyone else experiencing lines on the Apple Watch AOD after updating? It happens when wrist is down, show app is turned off, on always on display. If so, any suggestions on what to do?

To reach the area in setting open Watch app > Display & Brightness > Always On > Show Apps.

Apps which are not visible will display the lines like below.

It looks like you're having trouble with your Apple Watch and we can help.

Do you have VoiceOver enabled? Is your Apple Watch speaking to you?

Try holding the Digital Crown and asking Siri to "Turn VoiceOver off"
