Memoji in ios 15 not showing poses or clothes

I try clicking the “…” icon but it does nothing. Literally, no response when I tap the icon. I’ve seen this question worded in different ways in these forums and elsewhere but still the answers don’t correctly address the problem. Btw, I’m a long-time ios and apple user and part time web coder so I’m a pretty savvy user.
