Outdoor jog not on app

My outdoor jog and outdoor walk have vanished from my fitness app on my watch. Not sure how or what I have done just want them back

Open the workout app on your watch.

Then scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Add Workout"

Then find the workout you wish to add and tap it.
