Apple Pay not working

Hey guys it’s been weeks now I haven’t been able to upload my bank card into my wallet on Apple Pay.

I rang apple everything is ok from there side.

every time I added my card said contact card issuer. I rang my bank and again they have said everything is fine from there end…

I can’t upload my card to buy storage to update my phone! It’s getting so fustrating.
