Does iPhone XR supports both physical and esim same time and acts as a dual sim phone if both physical and eSim provider is same.

Note this statement from Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support :
It may or may not apply to your particular situation
"If a CDMA carrier provides your first SIM, your second SIM won't support CDMA. Contact your carrier for more information "
