Apple Watch Nike Series 7 battery life?

I was thinking of getting a Apple Watch nike series 7 Just wondering what the running time was on full battery . I keep see up to 18 hours . Is this right ?

around that, depend on usage, my old apple watch 4g can usually last 1 1/2 day but then I don't use it to listen to music or podcasts during the day to a bluetooth headset
