Login with new IPhone

Why can’t I log into some of my accounts because the IPhone won’t let them send me a verification code on text or Gmail

I dont have access to my phone number I dont have access to my phone number, therefore I cannot access either to my email or receive any verfication codes to sign in, when I select the option "I dont have access to tis phone" It just tries to send me a verification code to my email, but I cannot access without a verification code, what can I do?
