Moving marked up PDFs in Books to Notability

That's good to know. If you share the PDF somewhere else, such as through Mail, do the edits then appear? If not, if you quit the Books app and relaunch do you still see your edits? If you're not seeing the edits when sharing to other places or quitting and opening the Books app again, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support to look into this more: Get Support

Let's make sure your PDFs are being saved by using this article: Save PDFs to the Books app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Once it is saved, open up the PDF in the Books app to verify if the markup changes show up.

This will help us isolate the issue and determine if Markup is being saved or if the issue is with your 3rd party app.
