My in App purchase could not be completed.
Trying to process payment for one of the apps and a message appeared that says your payment couldnt be completed providing that i have the sufficient balance to make the payment

It seems as though you have a popup message that says: Contact iTunes Support --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Hello bro, I figure out that this problem could be caused if you have a problem with touch id or home bottom, try to check from ( settings > touch ID & passcode ) if your touch id is turn on for iTunes & App Store, and wallet & Apple Pay and turn them off the try again , I hope that helps you
