As has been pointed out to you several times over several iterations of fanless laptops...
If a fanless laptop overheats, the CPU will be throttled down. If a fanned laptop overheats, it cools with the fan kicking in.
You pay your money, you take your choice. There is no short-cut around overheating if you push a computer - any computer - to over heat.
Though with this being M2, and far more powerful, I was hoping that because of this it will not overheat.
The more power people have the more they'll push the system. Your statement is completely relative. 100 tracks? Might not trouble it.300, 500, 1000, 10000 tracks?
You might say you never use that many tracks. Then it won't overheat for you when doing that. Then again a G4 laptop never overheated recording straight audio with no processing 16 tracks at a time and up.
All computers will overheat if you push them beyond their limit. All computers have a limit.
Plus, of course, what Pancenter says. Hi Clancy!!
Completely understood,

maybe being too optimistic I guess.
Perfect is a foolish assumption, your version of Logic will not run on it.
