Locking a childs Cellphone

Is there a way for me to basically hit a button remotely that will make my childs iPhone basically a paperweight until they have their chores done? They currently are on cellular data so I want to have the ability to cut off apps, texting, FaceTime, and calling until I can see their work is completed and then turn the device back on.
