Looks like you need to refund some purchases made from an app

You may do so here : https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

If they were purchased by accident, you may want to place some restricitons to prevent this from happening again

Prevent in-app purchases from the App Store - Apple Support

If you haven't received the purchase, you can contact the app developer first or some steps in this article

If you can't find or use your in-app purchases - Apple Support

If you needed help, you can always Contact - Official Apple Support
