How to change password on screen time.
I tried logging in with my apple ID and still didn’t let me change the password on screen time.It counts failed attempt and every time I need to wait 60 min to try again.

You have an iCloud or iTunes backup, I am sorry there is no use of a backup because if you restore from your backup your Screen Time Passcode will be back.
