Infinity synchronization of apple music library on iOS

Hello!

After resigning my subscription to apple music and renewing it I can't sync my library. In iPhone's settings button Function Sync Library doesn't work properly, once I've turned on option and turned off settings to check is sync working in Apple Music I've seen still infinity sync and then I've noticed that in Music settings Sync Library turned off.
