Phone slow

For the last week my phone has been slow. When I attempt to open an APP it just goes in a circle…then try to go to the internet and it just circles…I have to turn off my phone and turn it back on…goes to what I was trying to open then if I open another APP it just goes in a circle again..I have to turn my phone off/on…I have had to turn my phone off at least 25 times in a day

Connecting to Wifi is the first part and then getting connected to the Internet is the second

If you connect to Wifi, doesn't necessarily mean you are connected to the internet. If you are not connected to wifi could be a problem with iPhone settings or Router/Modem Settings
If you are not connected to the internet is the sole issue of Router / Modem Settings. Contact your ISP immediately

For your Internet connection.

Over Cellular: contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider). The agency who issued the SIM to you
Over WiFI: Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), the agency who provided the Internet Service on your Modem/Router to you

I am connected to my Wifi at home. Wasn’t sure if something was going on…the other day I did the update and feel like my phone worked better for almost a whole day and now I’m back to constantly having to turn it off/on
