You will have to be more explicit about that “not working”. Does it not download? Do you get a message explaining what is “not working”? Does it say you have to update your account? Does it say that your Apple ID is disabled? Does it say “Open” instead of “Get”?

Open the App Store, click on the Search icon (a magnifying glass), enter “Facebook”. Then click to download it when it appears
