hi, I have an iPhone. my guy has a Samsung. he can not send me photos in a text. he is the only one having issues.

for the past 9 months (several visits to T-Mobile Iphone and his phone store , we still can't get his phone(Samsung) to send mine photos in text messages. I had an older iPhone and we thought it would

be fixed if I purchased a new phone. $1000 new phone and still no pictures. can anyone help? thanks.
