i have restored my iphone and i have forgotten my Apple ID password and it wont let me finish setting my phone up
How do I get past this?

There’s no “getting around” it.
You’ll either have to recover your AppleID password and correctly enter it into the phone …
… or use the credentials to login to your Apple ID to delete the device from your account.
