Hey There 🙋🏽‍♂️

The easiest way to find out the year is by clicking on the Apple Logo on top left side of your Mac bar and once you click on "About This Mac" you should be able to see the manufacturing Year.

You can also see it once you enter your Serial Number here: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support

another way is by checking your Serial Number to find out the Year and the Week.

I hope this table makes it easier for you

The 4th Character of your Serial Numbers shows what Year and Year Half it was manufactured in and the 5th Character shows the Week of the year.
