I have my iPhone 7 for two years now and I’ve been meaning to call you guys but I just keep forgetting but anyway my iTunes my Apple ID has been dismantled so I’m not able to download anything on my iPhone Apple play store can you please help me

We’re other users, not folks that work for Apple.

Nothing you can do to clear this other than contacting Apple.

If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
