How to buy Apple returns?

Your not going to purchase a return from Apple, it will be a third party selling it.

Maybe an Apple Store? I'd say the most reliable place to purchase this is directly from an Apple Store(and I'm not so certain they do sell these). So, contact a store to find out: Go Here: Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple

I would be surprised if an Apple store would sell a returned phone. I would expect them to send that phone to be refurbished before being sold. I would not trust anything seen on YouTube where someone is buying a returned phone.

Did you post a question on the YouTube video? That might get you the answer you need. Report back what you get in a reply.

You go to the store menu and find the used devices menu, but if you can't find it, search up "used [device name]s"

Well what I meant was the refurbished devices If you search it up

You've got a good point: Apple gave a $5,000 MBP for no more than the price of the coverage -I'll probably never give it away. Just know that the 2017 MBP that they replaced failed 11 times.Turned out to be a returned item, under a different User's Account. That MBP that failed was found to have been an in-store return. How is one to know?
