Sleep Focus Not Blocking Teams Calls

I have Sleep Focus set to block All Apps and All People, yet I’ve just been woken by a Teams call that rings thru anyway. I have the latest iOS version 15.5.

Hello B-radProblems,

It sounds like you've already confirmed that the Allowed Notifications under the Sleep Focus are set to "None Allowed"for both People and Apps. If this is the case, then you'll want to cover the basics of restarting your device and making sure it is up to date.

Restart your iPhone

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue is only with one specific application, you can try updating it or removing and reinstalling the application.

Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Redownload apps and games from Apple

If the issue is still occurring and it's only with one application, then you'll want to contact the developer of it to confirm that it is compatible with the Focus feature in the iOS software. If it is supposed to be compatible, you can then relay the issue you're having with it to them so they can investigate the problem. You can use these steps to find an app developers contact info: How to contact an app developer

Cheers!
